A pathway to health

A pathway to health

Turning a walkway into a eye pleasing walk with flowers and food. The herbs and vegetables that ends up on your plate is one of the best way to begin a healthy lifestyle.

Healthy plant, healthy food on the table

Healthy plant, healthy food on the table

Time spent in the garden will not only produce great food, but help keep you fit. Together we are working towards food insecurity on seed at a time in our local community.

From Ground to table

When you can go into your garden and have a healthy vegetable side dish along with your own herbs, ahh worth the gardening work.

Turning lemons to lemonade!

During our present pandemic ECC started to get involved with pantries, making sure our neighbors have enough food.We started thinking about the vast food insecurity of so many. This prompted us to brainstorm about growing food, learning and striving to have a healthy eating lifestyle. Through that we created the Healthy Eating Club.

When joining the Healthy eating club, you will find great recipes, drinks and desserts that will make you feel good. We share great reads from trusted people who will share their experiences. Whether you want to lose weight, or just want to share your stories ECC's clubs is the space to make change.
